Kempo Karate Events
Spring Lock In
We will be hosting a lock-in Friday, March 14th and will last until Saturday, March 15th. The cost is $40 for all students. The lock-in begins at 5:30 pm and ends at 8 am. All students who arrive at 5:30 pm will do the youth class, so come prepared. We will have pizza for dinner, followed by movies all night. In the morning there will be cereal and fruit for breakfast. We must have at least 6 kids to have the lock-in. All students must be able to get ready for bed independently. Any questions, see Instructors Shaun or Lisa.
February Belt Testing - Saturday, February 15th at 9:00am
Youth Promotion - Please arrive around 10:30am as the ceremony will begin promptly at 10:45am
Adult Promotion - Please arrive around 12:30pm as the ceremony will begin between 12:30pm & 1pm
Street Clothes - February 27th & 28th
Help Us Grow
We are always looking for ways to get out in front of new groups of people. If you like the program and could help, it would be most appreciated. Some of the things we are trying are demo classes for the John Newman Academy and a self-defense class with Montgomery County Parks and Rec. We would love to get in front of young people any chance we can get. Our target group is children 6 - 10 years old, we can also do classes for older students and adults groups. If you have a connection at any of the local organizations, like private and church schools, boy and girls scouts, or any other group we would love for you to make the introduction. Be sure to mention that we do most of these intro classes for free.

Winter Weather
The School will only close for adverse weather if the State Police advise people to stay off the roads. If we do close, an email will be sent out via our Master Email List.
